Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Middletown, CT is seeking a full-time Car Wash Attendant to greet customers and guide drivers through the tunnel conveyor. You will handle payments, upsell memberships, and keep the site clean and organized.

Responsibilities include operating the register, assisting the detail department, and supporting team goals. Must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods; benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• This candidate must be a team player and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time is required.
• Detail orientation is important for maintaining clean facilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers with positive interactions.
• Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling memberships.
• Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don't drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
• Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist detail department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
• This position has the ability to earn commissions based on selling memberships.
