Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Johnston, RI seeks a full-time customer service associate for its car wash. You will greet customers, guide drivers through the tunnel, handle payments, and help maintain the facility.

This role offers hourly pay of $17 to $21, eligibility for commissions on memberships, and benefits including health and retirement options. Candidates should be team players, customer-service oriented, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to the payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions.
• Manage customer accounts, update credit card information as needed, upsell, etc.
• Operate cash register and process payments for customers who do not drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace throughout the facility.
• Empty trash cans around the vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist the detail department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
• Earn commissions based on selling memberships.
