Job summary

LUV Carwash is seeking a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward. You will lead operations, recruit and develop teammates, and partner with district leadership on budget and strategic outreach.

As a General Manager, you will oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and customer relations while maintaining a safe, compliant site and delivering superior service that grows memberships and local market share.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s operational procedures.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and training processes for all new teammates.
• Provide ongoing development, coaching and counseling to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Partner with District Manager to drive local volume and sales through strategic community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Partner with District Manager on budget planning and forecasting.
• Manage incoming inquiries in a timely, pleasant manner; follow-up on action items as needed.
• Review payroll information for all employees and submit commissions on time.
• Complete checklists to standard and deadlines.
• Ensure teammates use prescribed sales scripts and procedures.
• Ensure site operates safely and in compliance with laws.
• Create relationships with customers to build membership sales.
• Create weekly schedule and manage site labor to standards.
• Walk site to ensure safety, efficiency and service standards; engage customers.
• Handle customer issues/complaints and resolve with District Manager for positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with Facilities to maintain equipment and minimize downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
