Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is hiring for a customer-focused associate at our car wash/retail location. You will resolve customer concerns, take and sell Unlimited Memberships, and handle kiosk transactions while ensuring safety and a clean site.

Role requires strong English, ability to work weekends, and a valid driver’s license with physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Direct customer interaction and teamwork are key in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work in California locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer service concerns.
• Take orders and sell Unlimited Memberships with accuracy and speed.
• Handle credit card transactions through kiosk.
• Maintain a safe, clean car wash site and equipment.
• Support car wash site manager with supervision and training of new team members.
• Assist customers with pricing, services, and car wash process.
