Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Crew Member to help deliver a joyful, safe car wash experience. This hands-on role requires flexibility and a team-first mindset, operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, and maintaining a clean, safe site.

You may assist at the kiosk, upsell memberships, and support daily site operations. Must be 16+, have a valid driver's license preferred, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Experience in customer-facing or outdoor roles is a plus, not required.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with company policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet and engage customers; support membership sales and upsell when needed.
• Guide vehicles into/out of the tunnel, ensuring proper alignment and wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry to prevent claims.
• Prep vehicles by cleaning interiors and wiping surfaces to enhance tunnel performance.
• Dry, polish and detail vehicles as applicable (express and full-service options).
• Explain and promote wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Rotate between responsibilities based on business needs and manager direction.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and basic maintenance checks.
