Job summary

Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking an Equipment Technician to maintain car wash sites across Florida. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot systems to prevent downtime.

You will document work, train site staff, and assist with new site installations. A strong hands-on background with tools and a valid driver’s license is required, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of car wash equipment experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Proactive mindset to surface issues before escalation.
• Strong documentation habits: close work orders and update logs.
• Comfort with hand and power tools.
• Reliable and responsive for on-call emergencies.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, or relay logic is a plus.
• CMMS background is a plus.
• Ability to weld, fabricate, or dismantle equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the operation running: perform mechanical and electrical repairs, replace parts, align components, and use tools safely.
• Prevent before you repair: proactive maintenance to anticipate failure points.
• Troubleshoot with curiosity: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Document everything: close out work orders, update CMMS logs, red-line drawings.
• Elevate the team: train site staff on operation and maintenance techniques.
• Support site launches: assist with new site installations and equipment launches.
• Stay available: respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call needs.
