Thoroughbred Express welcomes a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kentucky. You will educate customers about our car wash services, assist with payments, and ensure a smooth, safe experience for every guest.

This role rewards performance with lucrative commissions and generous employer contributions to a 401k retirement plan. The position requires standing for long periods and a valid drivers license, with full-time hours and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Display courteous, customer service focus, and professional attitude.
• Work while standing over long periods of time (6+ Hours).
• Lift items of moderate weight (10+ pounds).
• Maintain work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Interact ethically with fellow employees and customers.
• Possess valid and current driver7s license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience and educate customers about services.
• Greet customers, review services, and assist with payment at the car wash facility.
• Direct drivers into the entrance or onto tracks and monitor flow of traffic.
• Perform periodic maintenance on equipment used in washing to keep operations smooth.
• Carry out cleaning of the facility and keep areas organized.
• Offer assistance to customers regarding the car wash process.
