Thoroughbred Express is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet guests, educate them on services, process payments, and help ensure a smooth car wash experience.

Qualifications

• Courteous, customer service focused and professional
• Able to stand for 6+ hours and work outdoors in all weather
• Lift items of moderate weight (10+ pounds)
• Maintain safe, organized work area and follow instructions
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience
• Inform customers about services and benefits of membership
• Assist with payment processing
• Educate customers on car wash operations and safety features
• Operate equipment knowledgeably in an automated facility
• Direct drivers and guide them through the entrance into the wash
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility
• Perform periodic equipment checks and minor maintenance as needed
• Support teammates and handle additional duties as assigned
