Spotless Brands LLC in Springfield, OH is seeking a Crew Member to deliver a joyful, safe, and high-quality car wash experience. This hands-on role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to perform varied duties from operating wash equipment to assisting at the kiosk.

You will help prep vehicles, maintain clean facilities, upsell memberships when needed, and support opening/closing tasks. The position is suitable for a fast-paced outdoor environment and requires a positive attitude

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Background check as per policy.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required).
• Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash equipment (front/back wash, vacuum).
• Greet customers and support membership sales/upsell.
• Guide vehicles into and out of tunnel and ensure wash readiness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry.
• Prep vehicles: vacuum, wipe surfaces, and trash removal.
• Clean and maintain interior/exterior of vehicles and express/full-service options.
• Explain and promote wash packages and promotions.
• Rotate between duties (vacuum, tunnel, drying, kiosk) per need.
• Assist opening/closing tasks and basic maintenance checks.
• Perform general site cleaning and upkeep (sweeping, trash removal).
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties to support team and site performance.
