Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Crew Member in Parkersburg, WV to help deliver a safe, high-quality car wash experience. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and assist with customer-facing tasks while maintaining a clean, safe site.

The role requires a friendly, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma preferred; must be 16+ and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred, not required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate car wash equipment including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm; support membership sales and product upsell in the absence of a CSA.
• Guide vehicles safely into and out of the tunnel, ensuring proper alignment and wash readiness.
• Perform vehicle inspections prior to entry to identify visible damage and prevent claims.
• Prep vehicles by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and wiping surfaces.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles interior and exterior when applicable, including express and full-service options.
• Explain and promote wash packages, memberships, and current promotions as needed.
• Rotate between responsibilities based on business needs and manager direction.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including basic maintenance checks and site organization.
• Perform general site cleaning and upkeep sweeping lots, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and customer areas.
