Job summary

Circle K in Blaine, Minnesota is looking for a Shift Associate to support car wash operations, assist the Car Wash Manager, train staff, perform light maintenance, and provide friendly customer service during day-evening shifts.

You will guide vehicles, prep washes, keep bays clean, and help customers with questions. The role requires endurance to stand long hours and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
• Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
• Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
• Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
• Bend, kneel, squat or stand
• Work in a heated and/or cold environment
• Climb an extension ladder

Responsibilities

• Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
• Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
• Create loyal customers
• Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
• Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
• Responsible for keeping the bay clean
