Job Description

The Car Wash Attendant (CWA) interacts withcustomersandensurestheyaresatisfiedwiththeircarwashexperienceasitrelatestospeed, quality and hospitality.

Essential Functions

• Resolving customer service concerns.

• TakecustomerordersofUnlimitedMemberships andsellUnlimitedMemberships with accuracy and speed.

• Handle credit card transactions through kiosk.

• Help provide a safe and clean working environment through completing daily checklist and implementingsafety guidelines and procedures.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated ability to be a motivated and co-operative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations. Must be able to workweekends,holidays,andvarioushours.

Physical Demands

• Mustbeableto stand forlong periods oftime workingatkiosk or entrance of car wash conveyer.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting of equipment and materials.

• Jobisoutdoorsand repetitive.

Travel

• Occasional work and travel between Chevron Stations Inc. Express Wash locations.
