Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
• Assisting customers at pay stations.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Maintaining the car wash condition through cleaning tasks.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Reporting to work on time and following dress code.

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages

• 70% Customer Interaction
• 20% Site Upkeep
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic Troubleshooting

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend memberships.
• Teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn POS systems.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Experience

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, and using hands frequently.
• Climbing, balancing, crouching, kneeling.
• Working in damp, humid, and outdoor conditions.
• Lifting objects up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to noise.

Working Environment

Outdoor car wash environment with moderate to loud noise levels, requiring PPE adherence and safety protocols.

Supervision

Performer should work with minimal supervision.
