Car Wash Attendant / Attendant & Key Holder at EverShine Car Wash.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Car Wash Attendant to join our team! As a Car Wash Attendant, you will guide customers through choosing the car wash that is right for them, take payment, and inspect each vehicle before it starts its journey through our car wash. You will also prepare each vehicle according to our policies, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure all proper procedures are being followed with each vehicle washed to provide the absolute best final product. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a good eye for detail, and is comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet each customer and assist them in choosing the right package for their vehicle
• Accept and process payments from customers
• Prepare and inspect each vehicle before washing
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure customers' cars are kept safe
• Promote membership sales and drive revenue to meet KPI targets
• Deliver 5‑Star service: greet customers, answer questions, and create memorable experiences
• Lead by example: take ownership of site cleanliness and uphold operational standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive, high‑energy environment
