Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude and assist with member sign-ups, changes and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean; operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally, encourage Google reviews, and manage member accounts (cancellations, plan changes).
• Stock and organize detail centers, empty trash cans, maintain vacuum stations, and perform general site upkeep for a clean, safe environment.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct, perform opening/closing duties, keep tunnel clean, and prepare towels and materials.
