Qualifications

• Customer service and sales oriented role with guest experience focus.
• Ability to assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash, convenience, and general areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and drive sales through guidance.
• Wash Station: ensure safety, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: manage member CX, process sign-ups/cancellations, encourage reviews.
• General duties: opening/closing tasks, tunnel cleanliness, and overall site upkeep.
