Job summary

Whistle Express in a fast-moving car wash environment is seeking an Associate to start hands-on on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running, and help deliver a great day for customers.

No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program starts you from day one, with opportunities to grow into site management as you show ownership and teamwork in all duties.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; a 60-day structured certification program is provided.
• Must be physically active and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide friendly service; assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; identify preexisting vehicle conditions.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member experiences and CX.
• General Duties: open/close duties, site upkeep, and maintain clean, safe environment.
