Whistle Express is hiring for an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, run the front line, and help keep the site running smoothly. You will support sales, member sign-ups, and account management while learning wash operations through a 60-day certification program.

You’ll work outdoors in shifts that require physical activity and a hands-on approach. No prior experience is required, and you’ll be part of a tight-knit team focused on fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; you’ll start with a 60-day structured certification program.
• Willingness to learn hands-on wash operations and safety procedures.
• Able to stay active and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station, guide them through the wash experience, and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely, assist with vehicle prep, and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Engage customers at the Convenience Station, manage member accounts and encourage reviews.
• Stock and organize detail centers, maintain inventory, empty trash, and keep vacuum stations clear.
• Perform general site upkeep, open/close duties, and keep the tunnel and work areas safe.
