Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level customer service/cashier role in Connecticut. College students are encouraged to apply. You will greet customers, process payments, and help manage accounts while maintaining a clean work area and assisting other departments as needed.

The position requires ability to work in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and participate in team meetings. Flexible shifts and opportunities for commissions may apply based on selling memberships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented and team player.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to the payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Provide excellent service with positive interactions and answer questions.
• Manage customer accounts; update credit card information and upsell when appropriate.
• Operate cash register and process payments for drive-up or walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility and restrooms.
• Empty trash cans around the Vacuum site and facility; assist detail department as needed.
• Attend team meetings; other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
