Job summary

Paycom in Bristol, CT is seeking a full-time Car Wash attendant. You will greet customers, guide drivers into the tunnel, and deliver excellent service at the payment station while processing payments and upselling memberships.

The role includes maintaining a clean facility, supporting the detail department, and attending team meetings. Applicants should be 18+, able to stand long periods, and comfortable working in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions.
• Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling, etc.
• Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don’t drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
• Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist detail department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
• This position has the ability to earn commissions based on selling memberships

Job Description:

• This position requires you to work in various weather conditions
