Join the ROJO Car Wash team! We are a family-owned and operated business based in Norwood, MA. Established in 1969, ROJO Car Wash continues to serve its community with four locations: two in Norwood, one in Walpole, and a fourth coming to Wareham. We are committed to providing a top-notch experience for our customers and offer quality services including detailing and an unlimited car wash program.

We have an immediate opening for a Car Wash Assistant Manager. This role involves managing daily car wash operations, developing and leading high-performing service teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clean cars in an express car wash environment. Assistant Managers also handle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and property, with opportunities to advance to Manager and District Manager positions as they grow with ROJO Car Wash.

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 1 year of retail service management experience, managing 10 or more employees

• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with a schedule that provides two consecutive days off; schedule may vary based on business needs
• Previous car wash management experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are a plus
• Willingness to perform MA State inspections (training and licensing paid by ROJO)
• Bi-lingual abilities and prior HR training are advantageous

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, plus bonus potential between $2,000 and $8,000. Benefits include medical and dental insurance (company covers 50%), profit sharing, and one free car wash per week for your vehicle. We also pay during training.
