Job Description

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and hardworking Assistant Manager to oversee our automotive wash and detail shop. Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
  2. Assisting in recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
  3. Implementing quality standards for car wash and detailing operations.
  4. Managing vehicle flow and production.
  5. Performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
  6. Resolving customer complaints effectively.
  7. Managing and developing employees, evaluating performance.
  8. Driving overall auto detailing operations and team motivation.
  9. Developing sales strategies, managing expenses, and maximizing profits.
  10. Being available for open and/or closing shifts as needed.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands for handling objects.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
