Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey seeks a Logistics Specialist within Supply Chain Deliver to manage international sample shipping and warehouse activities. This role focuses on coordinating shipments domestic and international, preparing shipping documents, and communicating with couriers and receiving sites.

You will collaborate across functions, ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in distribution processes.

Qualifikationen

• Required: experience in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other warehouse management tools.
• Cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to network with different functional areas and integrate cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong oral interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Must have an experience in Supply Chain.
• Background in Logistics and/or export related fields, pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Supply Chain background.
• Ability to engage all levels of the organization, from site leadership to the warehouse floor.
• Proven experience working and leading in a matrix environment.
• Ability to lead with influence.
• Able to manage to shift priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while providing clear direction to team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Purpose:

Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Helps analyze and maintain records for critical technical subject matter expertise overseeing and monitoring all key performance measures, goals, and objectives related to customer-specific warehouse and distribution needs and requirements. Interprets comprehensive summarization reports for technical recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of best practices.

This position will be responsible for managing the commercial samples shipping process (domestic and international) to the cGMP Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing Plant. The candidate must have supply chain experience. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all international shipping activities including preparing managing shipping documents and managing couriers for international shipping in physical flow and system flow. Additionally, the Logistics specialist will communicate with receiving site and requestor as a sending site point of contact to inform any issues with the shipment as well as elevate issues.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$52,500.00 - $84,525.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
