Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CAR-T Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support international sample shipping and warehouse operations. The role manages international shipments, invoices, courier coordination, and inventory in Janssen systems, ensuring compliance with cGMP and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has supply chain experience in pharma, proficiency with MS Office and warehouse tools, and the ability to lead in a matrix environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in pharmaceutical GMP Manufacturing Operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other warehouse management tools.
• Cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to network with different functional areas and integrate cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong oral interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Must have an experience in Supply Chain.
• Background in Logistics and/or export related fields, pharmaceutical environment preferred.

• Manage all commercial invoices and generate SLI (Shipper’s letter of instruction).
• Manage sample pick up time/date and communication with Courier.
• Manage all commercial samples in the Janssen request portal
• Manage system sample inventories via eLIMs (e.g. change locations from sending site and verify location change upon receiving).
• Manage physical sample inventories in the warehouse.
• Act as a warehouse point of contact from receiving site for all international sample shipping.

We are searching for the best talent for the CAR-T Warehouse Logistics Specialist role.

Purpose

Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Helps analyze and maintain records for critical technical subject matter expertise overseeing and monitoring all key performance measures, goals, and objectives related to customer-specific warehouse and distribution needs and requirements. Interprets comprehensive summarization reports for technical recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of best practices.

This position will be responsible for managing the commercial samples shipping process (domestic and international) to the cGMP Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing Plant. The candidate must have supply chain experience.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all international shipping activities including preparing managing shipping documents and managing couriers for international shipping in physical flow and system flow.

Additionally, the Logistics specialist will communicate with receiving site and requestor as a sending site point of contact to inform any issues with the shipment as well as elevate issues

You will be responsible for:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$52,500.00 - $84,525.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

• Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
• Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
