Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialist, CAR-T Production Planning and Scheduling for the Summit, NJ site. You will schedule operations for clinical and commercial CAR-T manufacturing, balancing priorities and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure on-time fulfillment of final product.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3+ years of related experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, and 1+ year of production scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 2–3+ years of relevant work experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience as a production scheduler or planner.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and publish detailed finite schedules for CAR-T operations.
• Coordinate with ECQ, Facilities, Quality and cross-functional partners to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Complete ERP lot creation and batch record tasks for weekly document issuance.
• Collaborate on system implementations, continuous improvement projects, and dashboard development.
