Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Summit West, NJ is seeking a Material Handler for material kitting in CAR-T production. You will manage inventory, ensure on-time logistics, and maintain strict material controls in a regulated environment under SOPs. You’ll join a cross-functional team in a Sunday-Wednesday night shift onsite in Summit.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior GMP exposure is a plus; bachelor’s level education or related technical degree is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP/regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory control: cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping, at a minimum.
• Manages material expiry, allocation, and maintains material condition requirements.
• Quantifies and maintains materials in production dispensary.
• Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics.
• Records material handling data and information in a clear, concise format according to GDPs.
• Works in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete warehousing tasks required by shift schedule.
