Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner for our Summit West operation in New Jersey. The role focuses on short-term product scheduling, end-to-end planning, and coordinating a cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery and readiness for product launches.

You will own the supply plan for the product, manage raw materials, equipment, media, and logistics, improve scheduling processes, and implement new technologies to streamline

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning and scheduling.
• Experience with GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA).
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP, for planning and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a short-term product supply plan.
• Own inventory reporting and raw material transition plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for supply plan inputs.
