Qualifications

• Experience coordinating workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional partners.
• Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, Call Guides, or related materials.
• Experience coordinating training, onboarding, or readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day call center operations for MyCARVYKTI Patient Support with clear priorities and timelines.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and monitor performance for quality and efficiency.
• Own review and maintenance of SOPs, Work Instructions, Call Guides, and related materials.
• Conduct case audits, call monitoring, and compliance activities to identify trends and gaps.
• Coordinate training activities and onboarding for operational readiness.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align priorities and drive execution.
