Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Strong customer service skills and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Ready to hit the ground running and learn the ins and outs of new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and informative vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process.
• Build strong relationships and lasting rapport with clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and conduct vehicle demonstration appointments.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, performance, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and assist in generating new opportunities.
