Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsabilités

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Realize business is built on customer satisfaction and guarantee customer happiness.
• Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (test drives).
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Establish personal income goals and strategize to meet them.
• Maintain prospect development and owner follow-up systems.
• Review actions to improve time utilization and planning.
• Know dealership policies and relevant laws governing auto sales.
• Coordinate with service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned on schedule.
