Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in an automotive dealership.
• Proven experience managing and leading a high-performance sales team.
• Strong coaching and training abilities to develop and grow a sales team.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make a monthly projection of vehicle requirements for the dealership.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales and profits.
• Forecast monthly with salespersons to establish objectives.
• Recommend procedures for advertising, staffing, and sales promotions.
• Conduct sales meetings to review results and plan of action.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople and review performance.
• Maintain a balanced vehicle inventory.
