Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Car Sales Shared Services Coordinator at its Lakeside campus in Maryland Heights, MO. The role centers on acting as the main contact for management teams and group admin offices, ensuring car sales files are processed accurately and on time, and liaising with lenders and vendors to support dealership operations.

We offer a full-time, hybrid schedule, a starting salary of $39,700 (19.09/hr), 14 days of PTO in year one plus 6 holidays, comprehensive benefits, 401K,

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Groups and the shared services team
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
• Communicate weekly, monthly and annual reports to Groups and leadership
• Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics
• Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions
• Assist with processing transactions throughout the month
• Resolve issues related to funding, data entry and collections
• Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files and managing documents

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

Customer & Group Support

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance

• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers

• Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups

• Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics

Operational Oversight

• Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions

• Assist with processing transactions throughout the month

• Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections

• Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents

Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems

• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors

• Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED Required

• Must have 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
