Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and building rapport.
• Ability to learn and explain technical vehicle specifications.
• Basic computer literacy for logging customer information.

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our lot to help them find a vehicle that matches their lifestyle and needs.
• Accompany clients on test drives to answer questions and highlight key vehicle features.
• Manage the sales process from the initial greeting through to the final delivery of the vehicle.
• Keep our inventory looking great and ensure all vehicle information is accurate.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure they are enjoying their purchase and to offer continued assistance.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for every buyer.
