DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring Car Sales Consultants to join our team!

No Experience Needed, We Provide Paid Training!!!

As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving DARCARS' sales objectives. You will engage with customers both in person and virtually, collaborating with fellow Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based role with potential earnings between $40-80k/year!

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
  2. Follow DARCARS approach to selling (including but not limited to):
    1. Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and listen to their needs
    2. Describe operations and features of vehicles matching customer’s needs via in-person or virtually
    3. Follow DARCARS test drive procedures (obtaining correct identification, following test drive route, etc.)
    4. Suggest optional equipment, features, warranties, for customer to purchase
    5. Correctly compute and quote sales price
    6. Work with finance team to obtain financing, as needed
    7. Complete all necessary paperwork
    8. Arrange for delivery and registration of the vehicle
    9. Address all customer concerns and ensure customer is satisfied
  3. Maintain solid knowledge of brands and products; including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment
  4. Be able to make an effective demonstration ride on a planned route
  5. Develop and maintain future prospect and customer follow-up system
  6. Participate in all required brand and DARCARS training
  7. Utilize and be familiar with online digital retailing selling tools
  8. May be required to use video tools to assist customers virtually with the car buying process
  9. In conjunction with the General Manager, develop personal income goals and strategies to meet those goals
  10. Comply with DARCARS policies and procedures
  11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees
  2. Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  3. Bilingual skills preferred
  4. Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions and policy documents; converse comfortably with customers
  5. Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  6. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform normal job functions
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  8. Team player
  9. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  10. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  11. High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  12. At least 18 years old
  13. Pass pre-employment screening (background check)
