Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell relevant services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Identify renters’ needs and recommend upgrades and additional services.
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to learn and grow.
