Job summary

Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is seeking a part-time driver to move vehicles around the Madison, WI facility and assist with off-site deliveries. You will transport cars from return areas to servicing zones, organize the lot, and shuttle vehicles with other drivers.

Flexible scheduling allows 15–25 hours per week, including early mornings to evenings. Outdoor work in varying weather is expected, and a handheld electronic tablet is used for reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Level 1 or Level 2 driver with 15–25 hours per week scheduling.
• Flexible to work between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week, as business needs require.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of using an electronic tablet frequently.

Job description

What you'll do:

• Vehicle transport — Safely move cars from return areas to cleaning/servicing zones.
• Lot organization — Relocate vehicles around the facility as directed.
• Off-site delivery — Deliver vehicles to other rental locations or vendors as needed.
• Team shuttling — Ride with or follow other drivers to pick up or drop off vehicles.
• Radio communication — Communicate with team via radio or phone.
• Damage reporting — Identify and report any vehicle damage.
