The role involves moving and staging vehicles, coordinating delivery timelines, and safely transporting cars between lots and service areas, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

• Previous dealership/porter/valet experience preferred; training available.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Porter / Driver to join our dealership team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing dealership inventory, supporting the sales team, and ensuring our vehicles are meticulously prepared and ready for delivery to customers. If you enjoy working around vehicles, managing active logistics, and providing top-notch support in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  Lot & Inventory Management:

  
  
  
  
  • Organize, move, and park vehicles to maintain an orderly, accessible, and presentable lot.
  
  
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with tracking vehicle placement.
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Vehicle Delivery Preparation & Coordination:

  
  
  
  
  • Work closely with the sales department to coordinate delivery timelines for buyers.
  
  
  • Inspect and ensure pre-owned and new vehicles are fully prepped, detailed, fueled, and clean prior to customer handover.

  Driving & Transport:

  
  
  
  
  • Safely transport vehicles between dealership lots, service bays, detail shops, and off-site locations.
  
  
  • Assist with local customer shuttling or vehicle pick-ups/deliveries as needed.

  Sales Team Assistance:

  
  
  
  
  • Retrieve specific vehicles for sales representatives and customer test drives.
  
  
  • Assist with stage setup for showrooms or featured promotional lot displays.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required (subject to background and DMV check).


• Reliability & Efficiency: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.


• Team Player: Friendly, helpful attitude with clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with sales managers and staff.


• Physical Stamina: Ability to spend extended periods standing, walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Prior Experience: Previous dealership, porter, detail, or valet experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
