Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant in Honolulu to keep the lot organized and presentable for customers. You will manage inventory flow, update status in the fleet system, and ensure pricing and buyers’ guides are current.

Ideal candidates are 20+ years old with a valid driver's license and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered, with bonuses paid after 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs.
• Internal candidates must have completed their probationary period with excellent attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system.
• Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates.
• Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot.
• Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed.
• Assist with maintaining fuel logs, filing reports, and completing additional reports requested by the Location Manager.
