Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Car Electronics Installer to install new technology into customers’ vehicles in the Spokane store installation bay. You’ll share advice, best practices and product recommendations with customers and employees, with access to trainings and certifications to reach Autotech Agent levels.

Responsibilities include installing car electronics, verifying compatibility, delivering strong customer service, and completing required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record meeting Best Buy safety standards.
• Experience installing car electronics is preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics such as remote starts, stereos, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras and amplifiers.
• Use guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installations.
• Verify vehicle make and model and communicate compatibility concerns before installation.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
