Fields Cadillac of Jacksonville is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership and provide a luxury experience to customers. You will clean and detail cars for sales and service, inspect the finished product, and communicate with owners to align timing and expectations.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to follow instructions, and a positive attitude. You will work with a small team, use specialized cleaners and tools, and help maintain a clean, organized

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail cars for both sales and service teams.
• Inspect the finished product for quality and consistency.
• Keep detail department stocked and clean.

• Use specialized cleaners, waxes or polish for specific cars.
• Operate specialized cleaning tools or materials.
• Communicate with owner regarding expectations and determine timing and budget.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail cars for both our sales and service teams.
• Inspect the finished product
• Keep detail department properly stocked and clean
• Clean interior and/or exterior of cars, paying special attention to any instructions from owner of the vehicle
• Will be using specialized cleaners, waxes or polish for specific cars
• Will be operating specialized cleaning tools or materials
• Communicate with owner regarding expectations and determine timing and budget for the car detailing
• May work with other car detailers to assist in finishing other jobs

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
