As a Car Delivery Driver at our UC Santa Barbara store located at 430 State Street, Santa Barbara CA 93101, you are the main face that our customers see outside of the bakery! You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are, providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions, in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to update order status accurately and according to company standards.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a car with valid license, registration, and insurance
• Pass a motor vehicle background check
• Have a smartphone with data plan
