Part-Time Cleaner Needed at Car Dealership in Troy, MI

Company: Corporate Cleaning Group
Location: Troy, MI - Car Dealership at W Maple & Crooks
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3 hour evening shift (Mon/Thu 8pm-11pm; Tue/Wed 6pm-9pm)
Pay: $14/hr, Bi-weekly via direct deposit

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Cleaner to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Position: Part-Time Cleaner

Position Purpose: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within a commercial facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining shop floors (including use of a walk-behind floor scrubber)
• Vacuuming (using backpack vacuums,uprights, or shop-vac)
• Mopping (dry and wet)
• Trash removal (lift up to 50 lbs)
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning restrooms and glass
• Restocking supplies (paper products, soap dispensers)
• Securing the facility (turning off lights, locking doors)

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
• No experience needed; paid training provided

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Punctual and reliable
