Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication and a strong work ethic; team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable and document all work performed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels, check oil level and tire pressure, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter and report safety issues to management.
