We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Biller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all sales and finance transactions, working closely with sales, finance, and management teams to process deals smoothly and in compliance with dealership and lender policies.

Car Biller Job Responsibilities

• Verify and process sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Submit deals to lenders promptly and follow up on approvals.
• Review and reconcile deal paperwork, including titling, registration, and funding.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, and banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and dealership policies.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to deals.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions.

• CDK experience is a must.
• 1+ years of Deal Admin experience.
