We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all sales and finance transactions, working closely with sales, finance, and management teams to process deals smoothly and in compliance with dealership and lender policies.

Deal Administrator Job Responsibilities

• Verify and process sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Submit deals to lenders promptly and follow up on approvals.
• Review and reconcile deal paperwork, including titling, registration, and funding.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, and banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and dealership policies.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to deals.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions.

Deal Administrator Qualifications

• CDK experience is a must.
• 1+ years of Deal Admin experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
  
  

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
