Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Engage and Educate: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the variety of 12V audio and accessory options available.
• Product Expertise: Share your knowledge of car audio systems, lighting, alarms, and other 12V accessories to help customers make informed decisions.
• Sales & Customer Service: Meet and exceed sales goals by providing outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships by offering personalized advice, building trust, and ensuring repeat business.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest car audio trends, technology, and product offerings to assist customers with cutting-edge recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside our technicians and management team to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for cars, audio systems, and 12V accessories (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be working with customers daily and need to provide exceptional service.
• A friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine desire to help people.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Compensation
