Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Capture Manager for our Washington, DC area operations. You will lead complex capture efforts across shaping, proposals, start-up, and execution, delivering innovative solutions with minimal direction.

You will mentor teams, build internal and external client relationships, and coordinate across DoD programs. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required to qualify for this role.

You Have:

• Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts

• Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses

• Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners

• Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes

• Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders

• Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners

• Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multitasking environment

• Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
