Cambridge International Systems, Inc. (Cambridge) is seeking a full-time Capture and Account Manager with experience in winning and expanding strategic programs across multiple mission areas. This position is remote with some travel required.

We seek a highly motivated Capture and Account Manager experienced with dynamic programs. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills, capable of managing both the big picture and detailed solicitations.
The role involves identifying and developing opportunities, managing multiple accounts or programs, and demonstrating a successful track record with high-value opportunities, particularly in military and technical sectors such as the US Air Force (USAF) and cybersecurity. Experience with critical infrastructure, modernization, and network optimization is also valued.
The manager will be a key member of the Business Development, Capture, and Proposals (BCP) team, reporting to the Director of Account Management, and will be responsible for building relationships with USG stakeholders and industry partners, analyzing business intelligence, and developing strategic plans.
