Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• CPA, MBA or other relevant professional certification or advanced degree.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general ledger software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies for prospective captive insurance clients.
• Support leadership in developing engagement strategies within the client base.
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting for assigned client accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for client representatives across finance and risk teams.
• Establish and enhance client service processes for timely reporting and filings.
• Coordinate with actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers and counsel.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize captive performance and solve complex challenges.
• Prepare and present materials for client board meetings.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
