Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. The role offers flexibility to work hybrid from any Hylant office location or fully remote, with emphasis on accurate billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with colleagues, communicate clearly with clients and service providers, manage multiple deadlines, and assist with RFPs and client prospect presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Organize, plan, and prioritize with effective results.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with multiple deadlines.
